Blue Economy: Mangroove and Bees project
Beekeeping along the coastal region helps protect the mangrove forests by providing an economic activity for the natural land resources through the sale of beekeeping products. The bees act as security guards against illegal logging. The mangrove forests in turn provide bees with forage both nectar and pollen.
